1. Design Analysis & Prototype testing
Once your design finished, a design analysis is needed to check the concept, idea and also a prototype is very important to be made to verify the design, function. our team can work with the designers to evaluating the design and also make prototype to find any initial issues before it goes into production. and we make prototype try to use the real production raw material (such as plastic, stainless, Aluminum ,silicone etc..) to acheive its real situation to avoid of potencial risk.
2. DFM analysis.
Industrial designers forcus more on the aesthetics and concept than manufacturing. our team will take the jobs to check how to get it into production. we work together with the designers to make the parts best approach to mass production.
3. Tooling Desing and Making.
Mold design is the most critical steps for production, good tooling acheive the high effeciecy and also high quality. we work with our client to make the good tooling with very good price to acheive the best solution, tooling range from injection mold, silicone tooling, forging, extrusion etc.. all based on client's design and raw material chosen. we evaluate and find the suitable process.
4. Production & Quality control.
For bulk production or just small qty batch. we strict following the process, First part checking, PQC checking and PSI process to make sure products meet the specs. Our advaced quality control measures allow us to maintain a high standard of mass production, and clients can be confident that their products are consistent and reliable.
5. Assembly , Packing and Delivery
When client's product is assembled with many parts. our assembly line will take over the jobs, including printing , labeling, ultrasonic welding, package etc.. we not only make just components but also full complete products.
